SemaHire is a dev agency offering staff augmentation and managed development services at semahire.com. We also operate a job board at app.semahire.com where employers can post job listings and professionals can discover opportunities.
SemaHire does not act as a recruiter or hiring intermediary for job board listings. All applications and communications happen directly between employers and applicants.
Engagements for staff augmentation or managed development are governed by a separate service agreement signed between SemaHire and the client. These Terms of Service do not override or replace that agreement.
By enquiring about or booking a call through semahire.com, you agree to engage in good faith and provide accurate information about your requirements.
Employers may create a free account on app.semahire.com to post job listings. By creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Post genuine job opportunities only
Not impersonate individuals or companies
Not post misleading, fraudulent or harmful listings
SemaHire reserves the right to remove job listings or accounts that violate these rules.
To maintain platform quality, the following limits apply to all employer accounts:
Each employer account receives 12 free job postings per 12 month cycle.
Your posting allowance resets annually on the anniversary of your registration date.
Unused postings do not roll over to the next cycle.
Deleting a published listing does not credit a posting back to your allowance.
SemaHire reserves the right to adjust these limits or remove accounts attempting to bypass restrictions through multiple registrations.
The job board is free to use. There are no paid tiers, premium listings or credits. SemaHire does not collect payment information through the job board or this website.
SemaHire does not charge job seekers or employers to use the job board.
Users may not use the platform to post fraudulent listings, impersonate others, collect personal information for malicious purposes or promote scams. Accounts violating these rules may be permanently removed.
SemaHire does not process job applications. All applications go directly to the employer's website or provided email address. SemaHire is not responsible for employer responses, hiring decisions or communication between parties.
We aim to keep SemaHire available and functioning but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, limits and functionality may change as the platform evolves.
SemaHire provides the job board as a platform only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the legitimacy of employers or employment outcomes. Users are responsible for evaluating opportunities before applying.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of SemaHire after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
